This notice covers the free beta interest list. It is not a subscription agreement or trading authorization.

Data and purposes
We use your email and language to record your request for a beta-opening notification. Where supplied, campaign identifiers and the ad's target country help measure signup sources. The target country does not determine residence, price or contractual eligibility.
Purpose-specific grounds
Your contact is recorded at your request to send the requested notification. Security and limited source measurement require necessity and transparency; a marketing consent is not used as a blanket basis for all purposes. You may raise an objection through our privacy contact.
International processing
The interest list is hosted in Falkenstein, Germany, by Hetzner. Transactional email uses SendGrid/Twilio global infrastructure, which may process data outside Brazil and the European Union. You may request information about the applicable safeguards at hello@quantabs.com.
Services and cookies
Hetzner hosting and SendGrid transactional email support the service. The email provider receives the recipient and message content; passwords are not sent by email. Navigation uses your selected language; the interest list creates no user session. This capture flow adds no advertising pixel and does not share registrations with ad networks.
Retention and your rights
Contact and campaign records are kept while needed to fulfil your beta-notification request. You may request access, correction or deletion by email. Any applicable legal or security retention requirement will be assessed in the response, rather than assuming all data must be retained. Registration does not include consent to email campaigns.
